The ICE2A/B series ICs include an oscillator, a driver circuit, a voltage regulator circuit, an off-line current mode control circuit, and a high-power MOs switch. The operating voltage is 8.5V-21V, and the drain-down voltage of the switch is not less than 650V. Specific models are: ICE2A0565/165/265/365, ICE2B0565/165/265/365, ICE2A0565G, ICE2A0565Z, ICE2A180Z/280Z, ICE2A765I/2B765I. The internal circuits and pins of these ICs have the same function. The main difference is that the operating frequency and output power of the built-in oscillator are different. See Table 1.
